Then transferred to Whittier College (Junior year) and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Charles was an All-American football player that was in the 2013 NFL draft that received the most attention from the Jacksonville Jaguars. Charles opened his first Real Estate company (Shadow Hills Real Estate April 2015 - May 2018) & closed on apporx 260 sales. Charles opened up Desert Elite Properties May 2018 to current. Charles is married (Tabatha Scicli) with 2 children (Charles III & Gianna Scicli) his family is his everything.
